GPU for my second rig

hello guys.Today i ordered new parts for my computer,except for a new video card,because i already have decent one and i'll build a gaming rig.But the parts from my current rig,i'll place them in my old PC,replacing my old ,very old parts.My new main rig is the following:
i5-3570k
HD 6850
G.skill Ripjaws X
AsRock Z77 Extreme4
The parts i have in spare are the following:
Intel Core 2 Duo E7400@3.2Ghz
4GB RAM Kingston @ 800Ghz
Mobo Gigabyte GA-P31-ES3G
Since my current GPU is the HD 6850,and i'll tranfer it to my main gaming rig,i'll need a new one for my secondary rig.What are you guys suggestion? Something cheap,in the price range of 9500GT.I'll use the PC mainly for Internet and watching the chat while livestreaming.Thanks in advance!

You can get tons of modern GPUs for super cheap - Nvidia 520 or radeon 5450/6450 are generally in the $20 range, almost free after MIR

Thanks,i'll probably just go with the one which requires less watts,because the PSU is 350W on the PC.

HD6570 would be the best bang for buck at that price range.
its low profile too, so will fit on the smallest cases.

dont get anything slower than an HD4650 or you will be disappointed with gaming performance.

cards to avoid are: GT210, HD5450 (these cards are no match even for the intel HD2000 onboard gpus)

According to your uses, I'd say an entry level card such as a HD 6450/6570 should do quite well.

Here's a low profile HD 6570 for about $45 after rebate.

I bought two of these because for $7, why not. First of all, these definitely move more air than the fans that came with my Cooler Master case. Furthermore, they move more air than my Cooler Master...

Mouse has tracking troubles on multi-coloured pads, If you has small-medium hands it is palm or claw grip mouse. For large handed people only claw, go and buy ec1 if you want to palm.
