Intel DZ77SL-50K, will this cooler fit?

I'm just collecting info right now, not doing a build. I wanted to know if the cooler master hyper 212 evo will fit the Intel DZ77SL-50K without interfering with the RAM and/or other components?

Also, I was looking at a picture of the above mentioned mobo, and I noticed a big blue coloured heatsink (maybe for the chipset) right in fornt of the PCI-e 3.0 slot, will this cause problems if one wants to install an NVIDIA GTX-680 graphics card?

The metal colored heatsink is the chipset heatsink and is low enough to not interfere with any GPU, so the 680 will work fine. The VRM heatsink is below the CPU socket in the picture; it's nowhere near the GPU slot and it won't interfere with your cooler. Also the Hyper 212 Evo will work fine, but it may block the first black DIMM slot with the fan on it if you are using high profile memory. Low profile memory you will be fine. You populate the blue ram slots anyway, and 4 or 8GB sticks are pretty inexpensive so I don't see that being a problem.

Thanks for the reply. So if I put 4 modules of 4GB kingston value ram the cooler fan won't interfere? AFAIK value rams don't have a heat speader on top of the ram modules unlike corsair vengeance, etc.
