I couldn't think of a particular forum to post this, so I put it here.
My problem is whenever I plug a USB 3.0 device into one of the 3.0 ports, it causes major stuttering in the OS. To the point that it makes the computer almost unusable - it makes everything pause for a fraction of a second every 1-2 seconds. Makes listening to music sound like dubstep. It does this for external HDD's, USB 3.0 hubs, USB flash drives, etc.
It does this, not on my sig rig, but an older one of mine. Specs are as follows:
-Gigabyte Z68X-UD4
-Core i3-2100
-XFX HD7970
-8GB G.Skill ECO Series RAM
-120GB Intel 520 SSD
-500GB Seagate 7200.12 and 500GB WD Caviar Black
-Creative Titanium HD
-Windows 7 Ultimate x64
Is there any fix for this, that anyone knows of? Its really very annoying.
