I'm not an expert with Arrays, but I think once you break the array you loose the data on it? Specially with Raid 0.
Best way is back it up somewhere if possible.

Use backup software like Acronis or similar to create an image of your OS. Save it to a back up drive, then put the image on the drive of your choice.
Most hard drive mfg have their own backup software. Western Digital has an Acronis build on their support page.

Yes, it works with SSDs as well. Only caveat for the software I linked is that a Western Digital drive, usb, ide, sata, etc. must be present.
