Installation should be pretty easy and not require any soldering, the non-tempered glass versions come apart pretty easy. As for cost? No idea, I remember hearing something around $100 USD, but I wasn't able to really find anything more concrete. At $100 it is almost too good to be true, although it would take one hell of a system to push 120 fps at 1440p.

EDIT: One scary thing I've noticed with this monitor is that the windows splash screen will boot up with red lines all across it :-/ idk if I'm more scared of it being the monitor or the video card dying frown.gif

What is the benefit of the 120hz? (besides "MOAR DUH!!??!")

Yikes I haven't noticed that at all on mine :O

Edit: Lol I think you jinxed me.. I left my computer on overnight but turned the monitor off and turned it back on this morning and it was white with a few red verticle lines.. I reboot and notice the same red lines going down on the windows starting screen. When I got fully logged in the screen seemed fine again... weirdness

Got 1 (of 4) of my monitors today, DHL are weird...

Had a quick play with it and it certainly seems awesome, the resolution is truly amazing! I will post more info and pictures once the other monitors arrive (I'm hoping later today / tomorrow)

I haven't noticed the lines since the first day or two I got it. Lets pray they hold out for 4 years or so XD.

I read online that a possible cause (Besides dying graphics card/busted&loose caps) is that the drivers wern't up to date or correct. Which I hope was the cause, having just nuked and reloaded my system

A bad cable can cause all sorts of weirdness on DL-DVI as well.

I just got this monitor a couple of days ago... having this exact problem. Anyone else? I'll be contacting the seller later today.
