But the problem is if the frequency becomes too high for a TEC, you lose power or function or something. I've always been pushed away from these because of that little characteristics but I've never seen one used yet.
Edit: This advertises a much lower frequency of 400hz.

Sorry Krow, i explained badly frown.gif , with pwm i meant motherboards fan pwm thingy, not the potentiometer because i want it to be automated.
Btw is it possible to solder mobos fan pwm pins to the controller so it would look like this:

For one it's going to burn out the motherboard cause if it has any power behind it, it'll pull atleast 5A and the motherboard traces can only do like 2 or 3A at max; and two, I have no clue what frequency the PWM signal from the motherboard operates at and the TEC. It may be too high.

What you would need is a kind of translator or something to translate PWM signal into voltages and then you could attach it to that Motor Controller. If you know how to program an Arduino or some other system, you could control it through USB or something, but that's about as good as it gets.
