Okay, so far here's what I have in mind:

[MOTHERBOARD]: ASUS Rampage IV Gene LGA 2011 Intel X79 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard
[RAM]: Corsair Vengeance CML8GX3M2A1600C9 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3
VIDEO CARD: EVGA GTX 670 FTW
[SSD]: Kingston HyperX 3K Series SATA III Solid State Drive, 120GB
[OPTICAL DRIVE]: ASUS 24X DVD Burner
[CASE]: Antec Nine Hundred Two V3 Mid Tower Gaming Case 902 ATX 3X5.25 6X3.5 1X2.5 USB 3.0 Audio No PSU (NINE HUNDRED TWO V3)
[POWER SUPPLY]: PC Power & Cooling Silencer Mk II 750W SLI Certified ATX Power Supply 80 Plus Silver
[COOLING]: Zalman High Performance Closed Loop Liquid CPU Cooler LGA2011 1155 1156 1366 FM1 AM3+ AM2+

The main purpose of this Rig is for Gaming, Video Editing, and Photoshop.

I think its already good? Any suggestion?

i say 1 change get 16gb of ram :} but awesome build and good luck!

idk about the cooling..may be a little weak..perhaps h80-100?

PC p&C IS OCZ now..I'd avoid..
pick one from the sticky in the power supply section here.

ssd:That's a SandForce drive..I'd suggest Crucial m4 or Samsung 830 there.

not to be mean but no its not the timeings on the corsair are way better lol

The samsung ram is way better, + it overclocks easily to 2333.

You can overclock the snot out of that ram up past 2000 MHz making it a much better choice over the corsair ram.

There's no reason to get an i7-3820. Either get an i7-3770k and a cheaper motherboard, which is better, or pay more and get an i7-3930k, which is better.
