How is listing a Zalman flower as a "regular heatsink" inaccurate? It doesn't contain Heatpipe or Vapor Chamber tech and works like a regular heatsink. Sure it's an aftermarket heatsink but nonethless a regular plain old heatsink by definition. Stop playing with semantics.

Copper fins are not regular, being fanless is not regular, and of course the 'flower' is completely irregular.
So to call that heatsink 'regular' is inaccurate.

That is all subjective.

Extruded copper finned heatsinks can be found in thousands of applications.
Fanless heatsinks are more common than active heatsinks.
The radiating fin design is not that unusual.... you can find this on smaller heatsinks.
Once again...

Sadly, I'm starting to find this occurring more commonly.

You win the Aspergers award for fixating on a minor point in a post and drilling away at it.
