How would you rate this boot?

Thread Starter

I recently got this Crucial M4 128GB SSD & I paired it up with my 1TB HDD. Would you say this was a fast boot? It's not a first boot, I had all my stuff installed already.

I have M4 256GB and it boots in 30 seconds. (From the moment I press the button until I hear the Skype sound when in desktop wink.gif)

Seems like yours does that as well, so I guess it's normal

yea i was pretty lazy 2 years ago to build a comp so I just bought this velocity micro from Frys. Sorta regret it cuz it cost like 1.1k & I got crap Patriot ram that would reboot my computer so I had to go out & buy another 8GB of Kingston ram to fix that. I also took out their crappy PSU & put my spare Corsair PSU I had from my last comp on it. On top of that I upgraded the video card & now got an SSD on it. Gonna build my own comp in the future, but hopefully this one will last me a long time smile.gif
