Not getting an answer in Post Sales so....
I have a FC8 that channel 5 is not functioning correctly. It will not turn off completely, or change speed of fan at all.
What I want to know if there is a fix for this, I'm willing to solder or swap parts if possible, I don't want to take my rig down for weeks waiting on a replacement. I'd be willing to do the work myself if provided with parts and if it works it works, if it doesn't it doesn't. No sense scrapping a whole unit for one channel.

maybe he's just waiting for the website to go from under construction to fully functional? I am actually waiting for him to get back to me as well. Give him some time, he's a nice guy, I am sure he will get back to us.
