Is my ASUS P8Z77-V damaged?

All of a sudden, my videocard (GTX670) is not running in PCI-E 3.0 16x mode. Instead, it varies. Sometimes it shows as PCI-E 1.1 4x mode, or PCI-E 1.1 16x mode.

I even swapped it out for my backup GTX280 which is a 2.0 card and it also shows as a PCI-E 1.1 card. The cards are being installed in PCI-E Slot 1 port which is the closest to the CPU and it's the one it has always been in.

Another odd thing is that no matter what I do in the BIOS, I cannot disable the CPU's iGPU. I remember not showing up in the BIOS but now options for it such as voltage and frequency have appeared in the BIOS for the iGPU and I did NOT enable. It appeared on it's own. As a matter of fact, when I rebooted, I noticed Windows recognizing new hardware and now the iGPU appears as an installed videocard in my system. I had never done that because I had disabled it from the day I build this computer.

In the BIOS, I have PCI-E as the primary display and iGPU multi-monitor support is disabled, but the iGPU cannot be disabled.

Does this sound like a mobo issue? Thanks for any help.

Actually, I figured out what was the problem. I had tightened the H100 water block to the cpu too tight! This was warping the motherboard and probably messing with the CPU contacts. Loosened and hand tighted them, and now all is working fine. Thanks for responding though.
