In NCIX's high performance sale event you can get 2 ap-15's for $24.99 USD or $24.99 CAD.
Seems like a pretty good price, $12.50 for one. There is shipping costs (probably another $8-10), but if you buy over $50 worth of merchandise they give you free shipping.
The are some other nice items in the sale as well.

Hmm. Tempting... but I just bought a Scythe Ultra Kaze 3k RPM for my CPU heatsink this week for $10 locally. 1900rpm SS's ($8) for intake/exhaust work good enough. Canada Computers FTW. Get 24 idle and 38 load core temps at stock on my Phenom II.
