I found the following monitor to be a very good choice for your budget.

No, but the Dell U2711 is the complete opposite of what you want. The Asus is matte & the Samsung is glossy=nicer colours but it is reflective

Samsung S27A750D/950D=AMD 3D, the 3D only works with AMD GPU's

http://wecravegamestoo.com/forums/gadgetry-electronics-discussion/8220-samsung-s27a950d-review.html
http://pcmonitors.org/reviews/samsung-s27a750d

The 750D is better since it seems to have better contrast/blacks, less back-light bleeding and it's cheaper, but it is harder to find.

Asus VG278H=Nvidia 3D, the 3D only works with Nvidia GPU's

These are the only displays which do what you want. The Asus is the only good Nvidia 3D option

U2711 is a great monitor but not for gaming. The Samsung is your choice!
