APU overlclock question

I have an E-450 APU which i overclocked from 1.65Ghz to 2.2Ghz....will this overclock it's built in HD6320 as well?

The GPU is useless for anything other than 1080P video but i thought that increasing the APU's speed would increase it's built in GPU's speed as well and make the whole thing unstable/damaged

No, the iGPU and the CPU run independently from one another, but share the same die which makes for instant intercommunication.

Most 32nm APU's and alot of the 45nm's are good for up to 3ghz clock speed with proper cooling, but you then have to worry about the mobile platforms ability to power it.

Thanks for the info mate, I've seen posts of people claiming stable 3.3Ghz with it which is possible for the desktop version but highly unlikely using a laptop since mine hits 71C @ 2.2Ghz
