You simply need to mix some high percentage alcohol with water. Think of it as a chilled watercooling loop.

I fail to see the point... Everything is already silent, the temperatures are more than within control and this build is about to be mothballed anyway. I'm going to be going back to watercooling on my next build though cause if I don't, those 8950s or whatever cards I can get for roughly 350$ are gonna get noisy!
