Well lowering the graphical setting did the trick, but with this being a $550 card capable of playing at Ultra, I'd rather just RMA it and get a good one.

Thats a good option IF it happens. But a good clocking 680/670 (1300+) will only be beat by a bit from a pair of those, plus the single card will of course be more quite with less power consumption.

I finally found the X.M.P. feature on my motherboard so my ram is back to where it belongs and it's no longer bootlooping, ASUS decided to push some bull of their own that didn't work. I sent a RMA request to the company that I bought the card from asking for a refund but if they don't grant it then I will just get a new DCII 680 from them, I already have a full coverage block for it and would be fine with returning it for the 660's or getting a new 680, either way it should end well.

I've had issues with memtest detecting memory issues (even after 10+ passes) that prime95 picked up in under 20 min. But since you're running the stock cooler I guess that's not an option currently. Hopefully your replacement gpu solves the issue.

Well it's out the door, I was looking around and saw I could get two DirectCu II 670's for $800, which is $100 more than what I payed for the card and waterblock, so I might just go for that and WC in the future.
