RX if you have the space. then EX. i wouldnt get RS unless you paired them with 800rpm fans and didnt have the space for the RX.

xspc rasa and raystorm are just as good as all the cpu blocks ek has now gpu blocks id go with ek but they dont have the best custimer service now days always blaming problems on the user and taking no blame for thier problems.

you got it backwards rx can cool great with slow rpm fans rs need faster ones. WIth my rx360 and rx240 i can turn my fans to like 200rpms and still game with the temps staying in the 40s and 50s on gpu and cpu even turn most of my fans off while gaming if i want to and temps stay low stil.
