They are both about the same price - the 256 gb version. I have the vertex 3 which runs fine so i have no anti ocz feelings.
Samsung has reliability advantage, all parts are from samsung, and it uses toggle nand while vertex 4 is not sandforce, uses indilinx FW/Marvell, uses synch NAND, and at least has the best performance on paper. I know real world I wont be able to tell the diff between any of them.
So any thoughts on how to pick?
Edit: warranty on ocz is 5 yrs - maybe because of the failure of the vertex 3 while samsung is 3 yr
