    Language filter doesn't pick up language in thread titles

  • Are you able to reproduce this problem consistently?
    Yes

  • What steps did you take to reproduce this problem?
    Visit any thread with offensive language in the thread title, tested with this thread upon creation

  • What action did you expect to occur when this bug appeared?
    For the language filter to replace offensive words in thread titles with *'s

Note, it also doesn't pick up offensive language in URL's like the one above, is this also a bug, or a feature to allow all URL's to work.
