I wonder if put radiator outside doing with pull , its better than put rad inside doing with push?? ( i am talking about if thicker rad cant fit inside the case)

Lower speed fans perform better in pull while higher speed fans perform better in push, so if you got the EX you would want to make sure your fans are pushing air through. But if you measure and find out you can fit an RX in your case then you can just put your fans in pull and you should still get good performance.
