I found the problem. After I update the bios then my "Fan setting" in bios change to "control manual", so I just change it back to "Auto". Thing seems to work normal now but still I don't know if its my Board that got defect or something cause normally AUX temp can go up to 60C. Thats why I'm afraid to do SLI with my Asus GTX670.... :/

If anyone have SLI/CrossFire can you please tell me whats the temp of your GPU and AUX temp. Thanks!

Maybe an update for ivy bridge-e compatibility?

ASRock posted new Game Blaster drivers a few days ago. Game Blaster audio driver ver:6.0.101.0038. It seems to be the same version as the RC3 drivers posted earlier though.

Just bought my extreme 11 today! I am super excited. I have 4x Vertex 4's right now, I will probably get 4 more in the future. I am ordering my i7-3970X and 2x GTX690's next month and everything should be completed besides the RAM.

I mainly use my computer for streaming 1080p and video rendering. What RAM do you think would be best, it seems like the corsair dominator platinum may be the best? if so have we gotten anything that's stable filling all 8 slots? Should I just stick with 4 for now. even 32gb of ram I think should be plenty with that kind of speed.

strider...can't wait for that build log!

my experience would say use only 4 slots if that gives you enough ram. easier to get stable...and no weird issues with physics performance.

Congrats on the purchase!! MAKE SURE YOU GET 4 DIMMS!

I regret getting 8x4GB ripjaw z 2133 C9, instead of 4x8GB Dom GT....trying to save $$ so went for 32GB of RAM for $280. Don't take me wrong. The Ripjaw Z 2133 C9 is good memory. 4x4GB runs very nicely. Can't speak for 4x8GB as I never tried it.

With the older versions of BIOS, machine had trouble booting up w/ 8 DIMMS running @ 2133. I could boot to Windows if I run 1600 or 1866 w/ 8 DIMMS populated. GFLope would drop from 120+ to 60 something going from 4 DIMMS to 8DIMMS @ 2133. Interestingly, it can get 120+ GFlops running IBT with 4 DIMMS or all 8DIMMS populated @ 1600.

The BIOS updates seemed to make things better. I can boot to Windows8 w/ all 8 DIMMS populated @ 2133. 8 hours P95 ran fine @ 4.2GHz with Offset -0.05.

However, I don't get 120+ GFlops anymore with the BIOS 2.20, even if I set the RAM speed from 2133 to 1600 with 8 DIMMS. frown.gif

Is it my machine or it is a normal thing (45GFlops) when running Max IBT with 8x4GB of Ripjaw @ 2133 on the Extreme 11?
