I'm fighting with Newegg right now to replace my motherboard. If they don't replace it and steal my $600 they will forever lose my patronage.

I cant even buy from them because im in Australia. Same deal with Amazon.

Does anybody have any pictures of the MOBO's CPU socket (or something in the Asrock X79 family) with the pins showing? Preferably with no damaged pins? If anyone has anything like this it would mean the world to me.

A1, b1, c1, d1 are the recommended slots.
maybe your settings are up the wazoo.

I have the 1866mhz 32gb kit and they are fine.

What speed are you trying to run your ram? If it's the rated speed, then your cpu's memory controller may not be strong enough to run the ram at the rated speed.

Also, adjusting VCCSA and VTT voltages to 1.104 has helped me gain some ram stability.

Talking about RAM, will 2133 16 GB corsair Domintor platinums work with the board?
Maybe. I know my 1866mhz do. As long as you get the settings right the ram is certainly up to it with its quality and is intel approved.

Yes, dominator platinum should work. I'm using the 32gb 2400 set of platinum on my board. However, the maximum that I was able to get from my chip is 2133.
