Screen tearing problem

It happens randomly, while resizing windows, and whatnot. It just started happening today. BSOD'd while opening BF2, and got 0x000003B. Any idea what the problem could be or how to fix it?

Using crossfire 6950's.

Edit : Youtube isn't liking my videos at the moment. This is the best I could do. It happens a lot when I scroll windows / move windows around

Sorry for the late reply

I am overclocked, but it does it even at stock clocks, even underclocked. Hovering around 40-47 on both cards. Using Catalyst 12.6
