i was thinking about moving to a projector for my "man cave". Which projector do you have? I am already looking at a screen (94 inch atm) but I was trying to find a nice HD projector. smile.gif

i got mine quite some time ago so i am sure they are a lot better now, but mine is a dell 1609WX. in looking at the specs, it apparently isnt full HD as i thought it was but i guess im not surprised, i did buy it like 4 years ago. I got it new for $800 and got the screen material and the custom frame for another $350. that's about the price of a good 46" tv these days.

Kegerators are awesome, but I am a liquor fan myself. So maybe a nice little liquor cabinet near the desk.

Coffee maker is so needed, but the wife may like to see you every couple of days so maybe that should stay in the kitchen rolleyes.gif

Get yourself a nice monitor or 2 for your PC and make sure to get an extra long HDMI cable to run to that 42" you have. Doesn't seem useful now but you will love being able to pull up stupid youtube videos on the bigscreen when you have buddies over.

Definitely get a nice corner couch, and if you have the room for it a little corner table with bar stools. Something to play poker on with the boys or just to have your drinks and food on when everyone is over for the game.

If you are a sports fan, consider grabbing a jersey or two online and framing them. Definitely give yourself some money to decorate the walls with, it will pull the whole room together and take it from being a cool escape to the ultimate man cave. And like skoobs said, get some hidden LED lighting for the place.

Thread Starter
I've seen a lot of really awesome replies in this thread; thanks guys!

I've been asked - the room is 12ft x 12ft with 9ft ceilings. I would post pics, but I won't be able to get them for a while.
