A few questions here, apoligize, it's quite urgent.
Question 1: Reason to suspect my 32in LCD Flatscreen, Hanspree, is the issue to my framerate issues. All games except Call Of Duty, which has a very high FPS, are choppy, and laggy. I've done so much, but there still choppy/ I play the game, on HDMI, and the graphics are choppy, slow, and laggy, regardless of online connectivity. I've done multiple video outputs, resolutions, options, everything but nothing fixs the issue. This makes me belive that it's time for a more known TV where this issue shouldn't be happening. It's happen on both, PS3 and Xbox 360, so it's not the console. Any suggestions, questions?
B]Here's the TV's I'm looking to get. I'm looking for something that's going to be able to play Xbox and PS3 games to the smoothest of there potential. 250 is pretty much my price limit, and I'm looking for TV's in the size range of 29-33in..[/B]

Question 2: Here's the final question. Playing old games on this HDTV. I have a PS2 and PS3 160 Slim, so if I want to play this PS2 game on the HDTV, which console should I play it on, but most of all, which will present the best quality? In quality, I mean framerate. Will the PS2 game have a better frame rate on the PS2, or PS3. Please, and thank you.
Edit: Sorry for the multiple questions but it's urgent, if there needs to be any clarification, Please post.

As far as the compatiblility with PS2/1 games, I'd rather a blurry game over choppy graphics, etc.
