Hi, my optimal settings are:
GPU 1 + 2 Vcore : 1Gv (1000mv) (right click voltage booster graphic for GPU 2 setting)
Power target : 145%
GPU clock offset : +133Mhz
MEM clock offset : +337Mhz (133337 get it?)
Fan speed 80% (uncheck auto or set a reasonably aggressive fan profile, i don't find my card to be loud, of course they vary)
Idle Temp 30C
Load (100%) 83C
*MAX SPECIFIED RANGE = 95C*
**TESTED IN ATI TOOL FOR ARTIFACTS, HIGHER SETTINGS PRODUCE ARTIFACTS**
High-ish ambient room temperature when tested, cards will of course vary but i think those are some good default overclocked settings that will be fine on most cards.

(Still in the process of testing/benchmarking etc, generally VERY stable at these settings with my current cooling)
Water cooling @ 5ghz+ shortly!
I demolish everything with this rig, everything except stupid rigs that can do stuff that i don't need to do, i run full settings with optimal temperatures at both load and idle, any game/program on the market.
Anyway I hope those settings help a few of you out
