Also did not work, but I did find the D.C.O.P function and there were several options. There was one named "profile #1" and it did give me the correct timings and speed as advertised with my product, but gave me the same error and couldn't get it working.
'No enough APICD ID in range 0-0FH can be assigned to IO APICS. (Re-assigning CPUs load APIC IO may solve this issue) MPS Table is not built! System may operate in P/C or non-MPS mode. Press f1 to resume.'
After pressing f1, Windows loading screen loads up and then BSOD.
