yeah buddy!

im so shattered some douchebags who built this for me (before i knew better) put in a 450w psu while i was running sli. KILLED my mobo basically. Even my current cpu is running at like 42degrres under no load. so upsetting hahaha.

Alrighty, Maximus V Formula with a 2700k or 3770k and if it runs hot, corsair h80. sounds boss.
OH, before we close this thread, which gskill ripjawZ RAM works with this board? looking aat gettign the 1600's 4x4gb

well thats a good qtn id have no friggin clue at all. hahaha which is why i was wondering would there be a dif between the 2000 serious and the 3000 series.
but i def will chose the 2700k or 3770k. xD

hahah so confused form ur last two posts!

so the 3770k works better with the z77 boards?
also, i dunno, like, 120 tops for ram. 16gb tops! anything more is overkill.

i hear corsair are wikid with ram, never heard of a complaint form em
