I will have;
6 for the 360 rad Alphacool nexXxos UT 60, on top push pull blowing air out of the case
4 for the 240 rad Alhacool NexXxos UT 60 forward bottom push pull taking air in the case
2 intake case fans in front bottom
1 exhaust case fan upper back

Hopefully in this way I create a good airflow and overpressure in the case.
This is just a quick draw, but I hope you can see what I mean.
So I really need some good advice, I believe that the UT60's need medium speed fans to perform best. But for case fans you need different ones?

The Cougar CF-V12HPB is a good choice. They are PWM, very quiet, have high flow and high pressure.

They ought to be used in vertical or horizontal downward orientation though. Something with the bearing or motor is funny if you use them blowing upward. That means you'd want to change the direction of your air flow in the diagram above to use them.

The NZXT FX120LB are good fans that have an in line speed controller and run as low as 1Krpm and up to 2600rpm with a maximum airflow of 98.3cfm and a static pressure rating of over 4mmHg. They are not terribly expensive and you could easily adjust case pressure by tweaking intake vs exhaust speeds.

Also, if you are keeping the top HDD rack you might want to consider using the interior fan mount as well, as it will help pull the air through the HDD bays and allow for some spot cooling as well as directing more cool air to the top rad.

Do they have to pwm fans. You could just use a fan controller. I am not using any fan controllers for my main rig 16 fans total. My backup I am using 5 fans on my ex360 rad it is pretty quiet if that is what you are going for.

I am using gentle typhoons 1850rpm

heard good stories about these, so yours are constant 1850 rpm?
I have some thought coming up;
-240&360rads with Gentle typhoon constant rpm
-other case fans Cougars with PWM on the mobo, but I have to change this orange anti vibration pads to black instead of orange.....somehow. It;s not fitting my theme
-then my mcp355x with pwm on the cpu fan header

Those Lepa fans look promising, but I can't find any reviews as they are so new. The design is essentially an improved AP121/AP141 so hopefully it will take the good things from the Air Penetrators, and eliminate the bad. They would certainly have the potential to be great rad fans if so.

If the specs are correct then it has higher static pressure than a Gentle Typhoon AP-15 at a lower RPM.
