Question about RAM speed.

I have Corsair DDR3 PC-15000 1866MHz 8GB CL9 (9-10-9-27) 2x4GB rams and they are running at 1333MHz. What i must to to increase ram speed. I loaded rams stock profile and it's 1866MHz but in BIOS it show still only 1333MHz.
