pixel stuck white. Need help

Hey guys, my super fancy Asus monitor has a stuck/dead pixel, and I can't send it out for an RMA ( I removed the anti glare screen )

what are some ideas to make it work again ( if possible? )

I've tried gently rubbing it, used a program that flashes colors rapidly, and a few other things.

What are your ideas, and do you think its fixable?

( its really annoying, to the point if i can't fix it, i'll sell it and buy a new one )

Try this program,it fixes 80 % of dead pixels. http://www.jscreenfix.com/ If that doesn't work, just keep rubbing it gently.
