This is a very good deal, the mobo is a refurb and comes with a 90 day warranty. I have bought 20+ mobo's from this place and have never got a bad board. I have also bought alot of refurb hdd's and once again never received a bad hdd. So if you are in the market for a good top of the line board for cheap this is your chance.

I was looking at this a few days ago for $120 without the I/O shield and cables (+$10 if you want the shield which
I do want). Now with a $30 price drop I have to really think hard about it.

I was looking at that this AM..then umm..after a little research..I went with the CH4 ..It fits my needs a bit better..according to the BOT and my vague remembrance..Sabertooth has lower FSB capabilities.
I just got a CH5 from geeks and the 1st 2 RAM slots were bad,..pcb was warped..board I got before that had a bad RAM slot, too.1 before that was flawless

My friend ordered this board a few weeks back, shipping wasnt that quick, but was fine, but the board arrived DOA.

Thing is, he raved about their customer service, took care of the refund without an issue.

So no need to worry about issues with what you buy, as long as time isnt an issue, buy with confidence.

trancet, I agree with what you are saying about shipping from geeks. I'm purchasing a motherboard + some smalls and it's going to take about 11 days. I'm just used to 1-2 days but I guess that is what happens when you ship from the west coast to the south east. I could have paid $10-15+ for faster shipping but that ain't happening. I'm just praying for nonDOA on the stuff I truly want.

I bought the P8P67 Pro from them, and even though I should NOT have got A asus board, they were great to do buisness with.Would reccomend.But, DONT get the Asus sabertooth, or any Asus board.Terrible RMA and realability issues.

just a fyi Asus Refurb boards are hit and mis i had an order of 6 come in and all had issues if you purchase these make sure you test the piss out of it before the 90 day warranty expires

ASUS RMA's are hit and miss as well but one thing is for sure ASUS will eventually get you taken care of. It could be that they are low or out of stock on the product/s being RMA'd so they may strategically send the bad product back just to buy some time until they get restocked w/repaired products for your defective one and this would be so they don't have to upgrade you to another product that you may or may not want / like. I just don't like to think that ASUS has employees that are un capable of fixing and testing products properly.
