Meant to update it yesterday but got caught up in other stuff.
It seems as if it was a driver error. Cards are both running at stock currently (will try the OC's again, later) and there seem to be no more artifacts; however, if I do notice anything I will be sure to come back and bump this thread. Thanks for all who have helped! +Rep
