im looking for a camcorder or digital point and shoot that shoots good 1080p video

it would have to be somewhat good in low light good with fast moving objects..the most i would like to spend is $150 would love to spend less then that..im willing to buy used if i have to because my budget is so small ive looked briefly on ebay and it seems products up to like $250-$300 new i might be able to get for a decent price used

also would love something that i can buy a small flexible tripod for

i really dont know much about this stuff and theres so much out there so i welcome all advice but i really cant go more then $150 and like i said would much prefer to get it for lower

please help me with your recommendations...greatly appreciated

1080p, if you have too, I guess I'd say goPro Hero2 (but it's only 30FPS).

Otherwise another cheap and popular option is the flip series, which with their ultraHD line do great 720p @ 60FPS, and are easy to come by used or refurbished.

What type of things are you planning to shoot? But whatever it is, I would disagree with everyone above me to say that I don't believe that the Hero 2 is right for you. The usability of the Hero is horrible, there are no flip screen to see what you're recording and so you can't view it back to yourself. And the buttons are confusing. If you do want to go with a Hero, then get the first one which is much cheaper. I would say try looking into Samsung lower end line.
