Overall you'll likely only notice a 1-3C difference between most TIM's. Most important in my opinion is the application and not so much what's used. You can use some of the best out there, but apply to omuch or not enough and get bad tempuratures.

Also remember, that most TIM's have a cure time, during which they'll run maybe 1-2C hotter, but after they cure the temp will drop some.

Corsair used Shin Etsu which is highly respected in most aspects. Some models also use Dow Corning, which again, is pretty decent in itself.
