UPS Always on battery? - Page 3

Also, any chance the "bad" outlet is one of the outlets that has the reset button built into it? similar to what you would see in the kitchen or the bathroom?

If so, something could have possibly tripped it and it was not outputting any power.

I've got tow of those (810W unit though) and they will turn on for voltage drops and surges. If our laser printer is used it will turn on for around 30 seconds until the printer is hot. It's adjustable in the software for the UPS. Should also have a diagnostic in it too that you could try running.

I haven't the foggiest idea.. I live on a university campus in an apartment and since the other outlet worked I would assume so, this bedroom is made for four people and there are four sets of outlets... I just went to the next one over...

When it's plugged into an outlet that's not grounded, I think the "Fault" indicator lights up on the display.
