Help me chose between those monitor

I'd like to grab a new display with a 16:9 ratio since im still on a 1280x1024 19inch monitor aswell as a 17'' one.
At the begining I tought I could buy one of the catleap with an amazing resolution of 2560x1440, but when I saw the benchmark with those resolution I stopped thinking I could buy that big.
For exemple, even a gtx 670 has difficulty to runbf3 on ultra and I only have a gtx 460 1gb which I run 55-60 fps on High and 1280x1024.
So I looked into other options: either get a 21,5 '' 1080p like my friends have, but is 23'' better?, I know it's bigger, but you have less pixel per inch so what is the best?
So the average one that I was looking for was the benq G2255 which end up for 145$ for a new one 21.5''

And I looked into used monitor on kijiji and end up findind pretty good deals...

First one: Benq 1080p 23'', and the guy say that its 2ms... with DVI
2nd: Benq 1080p 24'' led
3rd: LG E2350V-SN

In all those add, they all says that they are in mint condition and there all about 100$
I dont need speaker

Other advice? I Live in canada

Played game, BF3, wow etc...
Thanks in advance

Why this one exactly? I emailed him and he told that it was the model ( ET-0029-B) which doesn't seem to be led. It's also the only one that is 110 buck.
