The basic idea is to have cold water flowing in constantly to keep the CPU and GPU at very cold temps when the hardware is being stressed at will. as well as having a drain so that there is not an excess in pressure. The only problem is that to do this setup pictured is that you would need a water filter of some sort.
But another pro is that you wouldnt need multiple rads, and lots of fans because when your not loading the cpu and gpu the single rad should hold the temps at reasonable levels.
