my friend you have made a small mistake. after looking at your build i can tell you did a good job on everything else but this is where you messed up. remove the heat sink and clean it and the cpu off with rubbing alcohol. reapply thermal compound to cpu and then reattach heat sink. REMEMBER THESE WORDS: with thermal paste, less is more. most people recommend a grain of rice size application. for your cpu i would say even a tad smaller. i used a grain of rice on my 3930k and it has probably 50% more surface area than your 2600. let me know how this goes
