You can do the upgrade option and it will keep your documents and settings etc. Alternatively you could just delete your partition and then do a fresh install.

I usually do a fresh install myself.

I've played around with the Consumer preview and I think Microsoft has done a better job with providing good upgrade
options this time round.

move any files you might have saved on the SSD, like in Mydocs etc.. the do a fresh install is what i would do. kinda gets rid of all the rubbish left over from program updates, uninstalls etc and gives you a clean installation
