Yes but not to much, about 3-5. also a sniper button ect ect.
5. What games do you play?
Minecraft,Counter-Strike, BF:BC 2 AOE III and SCII
6. Do you mind about prediction?
No
7. Other relevant information:
Something that works well with ubuntu,so on-board mem would be nice.

And also do I need a mousepad?

G400, there's about nothing better at $30

Yep g400, on your price range and basically nothing more expensive beats it either.

Razer Deathadder, the G400 doesnt have onboard memory, they both use the same sensor technology and perform about the same. The Deathadder should cost maybe 10$ more.

DA performs much better than the G400 at higher DPI.
