Windows 7 boots and then doesn't do anything

Hello,

I have a problem :
When my computer is booted I can't do anything. Only moving the mouse. If I try to start a program is shows the blue circle next to the pointer and nothing happens. safe mode is working fine and I have tried to stop every service but windows still doesn't do anything. Sysytem recovery doesn't open when I click on it..
scannow said there where problems it could not fix

please help!!

Is it a fresh install? On wich drive?

Did you change/update something (software or hardware)

So you can boot into desktop? And after that the problems start?

its quite a fresh install (1 month) and it's installed on the SSD

Nothing changed since the last time it worked and windows boots normally but after it boots I can't open programs

Hmmm weird... On wich SATA connector is your SSD? Did you flash your SSD to latest firmware? 000F I believe...

What is your mobo anyway?

Did you follow Sean's guide?

My ssd has firmware 000F and is connected to the first sata-III port from intel's chip

Look into the Black Screen of Death , I know it sounds stupid , but i ran into the problem , you might be able to fix it , I had to reinstall my OS.
