I purchased Core i7 930 + ASUS P6X58D Premium Motherboard + 6GB Corsair Dominator Ram WIth Fan Cooler + Intel Stock Fan For $270 Dollars Used.

I already have a HDD and Megahalims heatsink and CD Roms

All i need is a Case/PSU

Not 100% sure it works. got it on ebay. the seller is 100% with good feedback so i would "assume" everything works. Yes i also forgot GPU

If it all works, that's a good deal.

I checked the motherboard out, and it has no onboard video. You might want to get a video card.

Well guys. All i have hooked up is the PSU / Motherboard / CPU / Heatsink and one stick of RAM and when i press the Power button it does not want to turn on. The LED Power and Reset buttons are lit up.

I'm unsure if i received a faulty PSU or if i got really bad luck and bought a bad Motherboard.....

Only masochists ask this question after buying. It's an absolutely terrible deal. You can get a NEW i5-2500k + Z75 mobo for $285 and overclock a generation ahead for not much more money. Could probably get equivalent parts for less if you looked for used.

Sure you still need RAM, but if you're that restricted on budget, you can just get a 4gb stick of RAM for $18 and add the second later. And you won't be a tech generation behind.
