All the phones he listed save the Incredible are all "last gen" since they released at the end of last year.
My girlfriend has the GNexus and I have the Razr Maxx. Here are the pros and cons for each that Ive seen from messing with both of them.
Razr Maxx-
Pros:
AMAZING battery (Im at 14 hours of use with 23% left)
Nice Camera
Cons:
Locked Bootloader
Non-HD Screen
GNex-
Pros:
Nexus Device
Tons of development for it if youre into custom roms and what not
Beautiful Screen
Cons:
So/So Camera
Not loved as much as its GSM counterparts by Google
Seems to have a slightly weaker radio than the Razr
In all actuality,my phone got a higher Quadrant score than the Nexus when I ran it tonight. However, Im OC"d to 1.325ghz and I also have ran V6 Supercharger to make my phone even faster with Memory Management. My phone screams and barely ever has the least bit of lag. So even though I beat it, these phones are neck to neck. It really depends on what you want to do with it. Don't listen to these guys screaming NEXUS NEXUS GOOGLE PHONE NEXUS(see quote). Yes, its a google phone and yes it may get an update sooner but lets be real here. We are on OCN for a reason. Its not because we buy things stock and just leave them that way. The vast majority of us like to Tinker. Get whatever phone is first aesthetically pleasing to you because of the ones you listed, they are all about the same. If you want a beautiful HD screen, get a nexus. If you want a really nice battery life get a Razr Maxx. Im real big into the custom roms and stuff and that specific part is the only thing I regret about my decision to buy the Razr, simply because the Nexus developmental community is much larger. With that said, Id stay away from the Rezound a coworker has it and it seems like a nightmare to me. The Nexus and the Razr is a serious toss up. So you come down to which phone do you like the best aesthetically and what are your purposes going to be with said phone? You can't go wrong with either one.
