Verizon offering me alternate replacement which one to go?

I have a breakout that is currently being replaced with something else.
Verizon is willing to replace mine with a different model.

I obviously have my mind on Nexus, Rezound, Razr, or even a recently released droid incredible 4.

They didn't really specify what I can get but I just want to know if I am making the right decision. Currently the device that is being replaced is Pantech breakout so anything other then this would be an upgrade.

Get the Galaxy Nexus. Its as fast as the Razr, has the same resolution as the Rezound, with a larger screen, twice the internal storage, and its running a version of Android that the other phones will probably never officially get. Despite all of that, its cheaper than anything else you listed.

Of that list, the Nexus is the one you would want. Still tempted to switch with my dad for his Nexus for my S3, but I think enough people bought the S3 that the guys over on XDA will have lots of custom stuff to keep it up to date, it just won't be official and "stock" like the Nexus will get.

EDIT: And it's a damn sexy device too, IMO.

I keep hearing Nexus radio sucks. The mute problem and such and it never got fixed. At least I heard from the CDMA(verizon)'s side. so I'm scared to go to that route, unless its been confirmed fixed. Not many has been confidently told me to go with HTC phones. They look fantastic on spec sheet but are supports bad for them?

Anyways for now I'll keep my mind on the razr then.

I would say go with the Galaxy Nexus normally BUT in this case you have the chance to get a free phone? If they allow you, get the Galaxy SIII since its worth more than the Galaxy Nexus.

I doubt that verizon will be giving S3's out. I mean they don't even have enough in stock for insurance claims(my friend dropped his riding roller coasters)

Nexus owners needs to confidently tell me that Nexus doesn't have that problem lol.

I also have a personal discomfort having a nexus so I'm trying to stay away from that but if that's the only good phone out the replacements I could get I'll go with it.

Is the S3 an option for you? I'd go that route, or the Nexus as everyone else is going with. I'd support the Razr, but it's already last gen. (Still a sexy phone tho for Moto)

All the phones he listed save the Incredible are all "last gen" since they released at the end of last year.

My girlfriend has the GNexus and I have the Razr Maxx. Here are the pros and cons for each that Ive seen from messing with both of them.

Razr Maxx-
Pros:
AMAZING battery (Im at 14 hours of use with 23% left)
Nice Camera

Cons:
Locked Bootloader
Non-HD Screen

GNex-

Pros:
Nexus Device
Tons of development for it if youre into custom roms and what not
Beautiful Screen

Cons:
So/So Camera
Not loved as much as its GSM counterparts by Google
Seems to have a slightly weaker radio than the Razr

In all actuality,my phone got a higher Quadrant score than the Nexus when I ran it tonight. However, Im OC"d to 1.325ghz and I also have ran V6 Supercharger to make my phone even faster with Memory Management. My phone screams and barely ever has the least bit of lag. So even though I beat it, these phones are neck to neck. It really depends on what you want to do with it. Don't listen to these guys screaming NEXUS NEXUS GOOGLE PHONE NEXUS(see quote). Yes, its a google phone and yes it may get an update sooner but lets be real here. We are on OCN for a reason. Its not because we buy things stock and just leave them that way. The vast majority of us like to Tinker. Get whatever phone is first aesthetically pleasing to you because of the ones you listed, they are all about the same. If you want a beautiful HD screen, get a nexus. If you want a really nice battery life get a Razr Maxx. Im real big into the custom roms and stuff and that specific part is the only thing I regret about my decision to buy the Razr, simply because the Nexus developmental community is much larger. With that said, Id stay away from the Rezound a coworker has it and it seems like a nightmare to me. The Nexus and the Razr is a serious toss up. So you come down to which phone do you like the best aesthetically and what are your purposes going to be with said phone? You can't go wrong with either one.
