I guess all I can do is tell you that it's very important to me. It comes up a lot when moderating and sharing PM's with other moderators. Using the "Source" from RTE in the BBCode Editor is quite broken as well, which I think is the larger issue at play here.
For example, look at all the spacing it adds from the quote below. When you're posting an entire PM conversation, it removes most of the readability.
