Only 12 threads being used?

Hey there,

I'm having a bit of trouble on my dual socket Xeon system. BOINC is only using 12 of 24 threads, therefore 50% CPU usage.

Anyone have any idea what to do?

I just had to specifically tell BOINC to use 100% of processors.
