core 0 and 3 are at 61 on load
core 1 and 2 are at 69-70

ok good sounds like you have the mounting perfectly. and its completely normal for the core temp to fluctuate. Mine do the same thing. Stress testing, the hottest core will hit like 73 ish and the rest will be down in the mid 60's.

are you expecting fully custom watercooled temps out of a single 120mm rad?....

you get what you pay for, and cheap contained coolers won't cool like a custom

The price has nothing to do with anything, I've seen people with the same setup as mine with there CPU maxing at 60-62 under load

I agree

 

it is all about the cooling of the case + ambient temperature of your room and stuff like that

 

We both might have the exact same setups in everyway but your CPU might be 10C cooler or hoter depending.

 

Heck my own PC case was really close to the wall,i pulled it towards me and away from the wall about few inches and I noticed my temperatures going down.
