Several weeks back I started having an issue while browsing the internet. I get a static / electric sound and my video lags to a stop for a second. If I am gaming while having a browser open in the background it affects my game as well. Some of the things I have tried to fix it are deleting and re-installing my flash player and replaced my GTX 480 (very high temps). My temps have dropped 20-25 deg C, but neither has fixed the problem. I am using an X-FI Titanium sound card, that my device manager says is running properly and my sound, video drivers are up to date. Any help, would be appreciated.
