I found it elsewhere for $50 after MIR

This is a future budget build that doesnt exist yet. Its gonna power a 2550k oc'ed 4.5ish, z77 mobo, 6950, single hdd or ssd, 3-4 fans.

*Am also looking to go CF possibly in future...maybe.

It's a Seasonic, same design as in the 620W and below models (not any higher-wattage models) from these lines: Antec High Current Gamer, XFX Core (ProSeries), Seasonic S12II and M12II, and a few others.

It's a mainstream unit, but it's a good one.

$50 after MIR isn't a knock-your-socks-off kind of deal, but you generally don't find modular units that cheap unless they're OCZ ModXStream Pro, which are worse.
