With dual monitor displays can I...

Ok, well I just thought of hooking up my old monitor in conjunction with my new sig rig monitor and it works fine, but I'm wondering if when in a full screen game, there is some program that enables me to mouse over to the secondary display to do things like web browse or something like that. As it is, in this full screen game on my main monitor, the 2ndary monitor is pretty much useless, unless I have a video on it. Any advice/guidance would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

What i do is instead of playing in full screen i play in the largest windows screen that still fits on the primary monitor. To switch over to google chrome i just alt tab, since the game is in windows mode it won't get minimized allowing you to quickly click back to the game if you need to.
